My baby blue T.squamosa journal

Postby amashun on Sat Aug 02, 2008 7:04 am

As requested, i will put it here for my baby clam.

I think i have it for around 3 months now and it has been grown a lot. i didn't do any target feeding at all and i place the clam just 10-15cm under the MH.
I got this clam around 6th april, 08, you can clearly see it is around the same size as the egg crate hole

sweet 8) it looks like its almost doubled in size and it has colored up nicely. you should post a new photo the first of every month so we can watch it grow.

I've never experienced that. the intensity of the color may change a little over time but thats going to depend on your lighting. IMO what you see now is what you will have when its all grown up

Thanks Jack, yeah, that's what i think too.
squamosa grow way too fast than i can imagine.
I feel it is a bit funny, if it is not growing, then i would worry. If it is growing too fast, i would worry again...lol perhaps i'm just too fussy...
