Thank you Roy...Alta, I have been making it through this only by God's will. I have found a small apt. and my dog can go with me but not the tank. Thats ok cause right now I don't have the heart to deal with the tank. Thank you for the encouragement.

Thanks Chris, Alta and lotus. The timing isn't everything, the thoughts mean as much to me as anything. I am still feeling like this is a very bad dream that won't stop. I had to go to the ER tuesday night for a racing heart. I think it has got to be anxiety. Thanks again for the very kind thoughts....

Gone for awhile.

My mother passed this past saturday after recovering extremely well from a fall and hip surgery. She had seen her ortho doc this past thursday and saturday morning I had to go check to see why she hadn't gotten up. She obviously had passed sometime over friday night/saturday morning.

that tank sure cleared up, it looks great. I'd try to add some blue legs and see if they can help you get rid of it. Otherwise if you have a way to test for phosphate you might need to run some phosphate remover. Or a rabbit fish is cool too..

I just wanted to add that while the tank is maturing you might even begin doing a search for a mandarin that would take prepared foods. I have had this mandarin for about 6-7 months now and it does eat really well. I've got him eating mysis shrimp. In all the years I've been in this hobby I have had...

wow, you can't be still huh...good news that your daughter wasn't hurt, but I think dad's wallet was really hurt. My hopes and prayers for your upcoming surgery. Surgery isn't fun but if it's to help then it's worth going through. I know since my back surgeries I have had to learn to be able to be s...

I was sure you did know what monti nudi's look like. I was just saying the description sounded like them with the exception of them being black.

hey lotus, good to hear from you. Sorry though to hear about the smaller clams. I have no experience with sally's so I can't say. The colors are truly outstanding. Very colorful and things look awesome.

lotus, thanks for helping James out..

James, lotus hit the nail on the head..once a clam has attached trying to move/remove them is hard to do. It can be done but it requires what the link says.

wow, black bugs, not real sure I have heard of these pests before. Being that they are cleaned up with interceptor is very interesting. I'm not sure what they would be living off of. If they have been known to attack sps then I surely haven't heard of them as thats what I keep exclusively. I would b...
